Leadership and structure

The entity is managed by three directors who oversee operations and are supported by a functional structure to ensure optimal client support. The structure is reviewed periodically based on the volume of work planned for the next 24 months. Below are the high-level profiles of the three directors leading the team:


Mr M. Nkambule

CIA - (Director)

Qualifications

  • MPhil (Internal Auditing) – Candidate (Final year – UP)
  • Post Graduate Diploma - Internal Auditing
  • BCompt – Internal Auditing,
  • Diploma – Cost & Management Accounting
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA),
  • White Belt Certification – Lean Six Sigma and,

With over 22 years of experience in corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls, including expertise in assurance services. Mr Nkambule has completed external audit articles and held various senior management roles in both the public and private sectors.



Mr A. Mqoboli

Director

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Law
  • BCompt – Accounting and Auditing

Mr Mqoboli brings extensive experience in tax, with seven years as a senior tax manager in the entertainment, FMCG, and retail industries. He also has nine years of experience as a tax manager in the oil and gas sector. Additionally, he completed articles in accounting, auditing, and tax for South African Companies, as well as tax reviews for African and International affiliates.

  • Post Graduate Diploma – Applied Accounting Science
  • BCom – Accounting
  • Charted Accountant (CA, SA)
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • Certified Sarbanes Oxley Expert (SOXCPA)

With over 18 years of expertise in internal and external auditing, SOX compliance, risk management, corporate governance, compliance, project management, information technology, and financial reporting. Ms Malinga has held senior positions across various industries, including consumer services, technology, financial services, manufacturing, insurance, retail, and the public sector.
